Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any WirelessAttackAlarm product. By placing an order or using our products, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001. You can contact us at Contact us here.

2. Products and Intended Use

WirelessAttackAlarm is a passive wireless signal monitoring device. It is designed to detect and alert users to potential wireless interference, jamming, or attack activity in their environment.

The device is intended for lawful use in locations where the user has the right to monitor wireless activity, including:

  • Your own home or residence
  • Commercial property you own or manage
  • Any location where you have explicit permission to monitor wireless signals
  • Law enforcement agencies, government entities, and security professionals operating within their lawful authority
  • Commercial and enterprise security deployments

The device only monitors wireless signals — it does not jam, interfere with, or transmit on any radio frequency. Use of the device is legal in the United States for the purposes described above.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use WirelessAttackAlarm to:

  • Monitor wireless activity in locations where you do not have the legal right to do so
  • Surveil, stalk, or monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent
  • Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the device firmware for unlawful purposes

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are processed through Shopify Payments. By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax may apply depending on your location.

Government agencies, law enforcement departments, and enterprise customers requiring purchase order (PO)-based invoicing, bulk pricing, or alternative procurement processes should contact us through our contact page prior to placing an order. We are happy to accommodate standard government procurement requirements.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders typically ship within two weeks of purchase. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Free standard shipping is included on all US orders. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The device must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • Contact us at Contact us here to initiate a return and receive a return authorization
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Warranty

WirelessAttackAlarm products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by operating the device outside its intended specifications

8. Software and Firmware Updates

We may release firmware updates for WirelessAttackAlarm devices from time to time. These updates are provided free of charge for the lifetime of the device. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the functionality of firmware updates at any time.

Installation of firmware updates is at your discretion. We are not responsible for any issues arising from failure to install updates.

9. No Representations or Warranties

THE WIRELESSATTACKALARM DEVICE AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WIRELESS ATTACK ALARM, LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE DEVICE WILL DETECT ALL WIRELESS THREATS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

WirelessAttackAlarm is a passive detection and alerting tool. It monitors wireless signals and provides alerts based on detected activity. It is not a substitute for professional security systems, law enforcement response, or other protective measures. All decisions regarding response to alerts — including any operational, tactical, or security decisions made by law enforcement or security professionals — are solely the responsibility of the user. We make no guarantee that the device will detect all wireless threats or prevent any specific harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. No Guarantees; No Life Safety or Critical Uses

WirelessAttackAlarm products are provided for informational and awareness purposes only. We do not guarantee that the device or any associated alerts are accurate, reliable, always available, timely, or complete. You agree that Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC is not responsible for any damages caused by the failure, unavailability, error, or delay of the device or any alerts, regardless of whether such issue is within our control.

THE WIRELESSATTACKALARM DEVICE IS NOT A MONITORED SECURITY SERVICE, EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SERVICE, OR SUBSTITUTE FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT RESPONSE. We do not monitor your alerts or attempt to dispatch emergency services on your behalf. You are solely responsible for all decisions made in response to any alert or notification generated by the device, including any operational, tactical, or emergency response decisions.

WirelessAttackAlarm is not designed, certified, or intended for use in life-critical, safety-critical, or mission-critical applications where failure or delay could result in death, personal injury, or severe property damage. Users — including law enforcement and security professionals — should not rely solely on this device for life safety decisions and should maintain appropriate redundant systems and protocols.

11. Government and Law Enforcement Sales

WirelessAttackAlarm welcomes purchases by law enforcement agencies, government entities, military organizations, and professional security firms. The device is a passive monitoring tool that complies with applicable FCC regulations governing radio frequency monitoring equipment.

For government and law enforcement customers we offer:

  • Purchase order (PO)-based invoicing and government procurement accommodation
  • Volume and bulk pricing for multi-unit deployments
  • Custom deployment configurations on request
  • Technical documentation and specification sheets upon request

Please note that standard consumer Terms of Service apply to all purchases unless a separate written agreement has been executed between Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC and the purchasing agency. Agencies requiring custom indemnification, liability, or warranty terms should contact us prior to purchase to discuss a tailored agreement.

12. Intellectual Property

WirelessAttackAlarm technology is protected by U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/950,428 (filed December 30, 2025) and U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/960,679 (filed January 14, 2026), covering the multi-spectrum wireless signal detection system, RF threat detection, automated deterrent integration, multi-unit coordination, and fleet management technology embodied in the WirelessAttackAlarm device. All rights reserved.

"WirelessAttackAlarm" and associated logos and product names are trademarks of Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or product names without our prior written consent.

All content on our website and in our products — including text, images, software, firmware, detection algorithms, signal processing methods, and hardware designs — constitutes proprietary trade secrets and intellectual property of Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC, protected by U.S. and international copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition laws.

You may not: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any portion of our intellectual property without written permission; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of our firmware or software; (c) use our technology to create competing products or services; or (d) remove or alter any patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary notices on our products or website.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability, including claims for injunctive relief and monetary damages. We actively monitor for and pursue infringement of our intellectual property rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products or website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Force Majeure

Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC is not responsible for any consequences, damages, losses, or impacts arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, fire, flood, extreme weather, accident, explosion, act of terrorism, governmental orders or regulations, strikes or labor disruptions, cyber attacks, civil disorder, natural disasters, public health emergencies, destruction of network or transportation infrastructure, component shortages, or any other cause beyond our absolute control. In such circumstances, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

16. Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it significantly affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

You and Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase or use of any WirelessAttackAlarm product, or any relationship between you and Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in state or federal court in Laramie County, Wyoming to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

Before initiating arbitration, you must first contact us through our contact page with a written description of the dispute. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute before proceeding to arbitration.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Laramie County, Wyoming or remotely by mutual agreement. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

YOU AND WIRELESS ATTACK ALARM, LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wireless Attack Alarm, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of any WirelessAttackAlarm product; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the device.

18. Severability and Survival

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The following sections shall survive termination of these Terms: Section 9 (No Representations or Warranties), Section 10 (No Guarantees; No Life Safety or Critical Uses), Section 12 (Intellectual Property), Section 16 (Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration), Section 17 (Indemnification).
